Every session is designed to be supportive, practical, and fun — no intimidating gyms, no getting lost in the crowd.   • Studio Strength Classes

    These are women-only circuit classes with a maximum of 8 people. We use weights, benches, and functional training to build strength, endurance, and core stability.

    You’ll get personal attention in a group setting, with the encouragement and accountability that comes from training alongside others.

    - What: 45 mins, morning or lunchtime
    - Where: Home studio, Wanstead
    - Monday: 1.45-2.30pm
    - Wednesday: 12-12.45pm and 7.30-8.15pm
    - Friday: 12.30-1.15pm
    - Saturday: 8.00-8.45am
    - Price: £15 per class

  • Outdoor Classes

    I take some of our sessions outside in Wanstead - training outdoors brings a fresh energy & there’s something about moving in the open air that just feels good.

    We’ll use a mix of bodyweight moves, portable kit, and circuit-style training to build strength, endurance, and core stability.

    - What: 30 mins, morning & evening classes
    - Monday: 7.45-8.15pm Wanstead, Christchurch Green
    - Tuesday & Thursday : 9.15-9.45am at Eton Manor Rugby Club
    - Price: £9 per class

  • Dance Fit Aerobic

    If you want to get moving, boost your fitness, and have fun at the same time, Dance Fit is for you. I mix simple dance routines with cardio fitness, so you’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and energised.

    You don’t need to be a dancer - this is for all levels and it’s all about shaking off stress, burning calories, and enjoying exercise in a relaxed space.

    - When: Tuesday, 7.00-7.45pm
    - Price: £12 per class

  • Zoom Classes

    Start your day feeling strong and energised — all from the comfort of your home. My morning Zoom strength class is a live, guided session where we focus on simple, effective exercises to build strength, endurance, and core stability.

    You don’t need a lot of equipment or space. I’ll coach you through every move, keep you motivated, and make sure you still get that same supportive group feel, even online.

    - What: 30 mins
    - Where: Wherever you are!
    - When: 7-7.30am, Mon Wed & Fri
    - Price: £15 per week (join as many as you want)

  • Personal Training

    One-to-one & small group (2 or 3 people) training in my private home studio, built completely around your goals.

    Whether you’re new to exercise or want to push your strength further, I’ll create sessions that fit your pace and lifestyle. It’s focused support to keep you motivated and progressing week by week.
